The Book of Mosiah encompasses the speech of King Benjamin, the aftermath when his son Mosiah begins to reign, especially the stories of regaining the people of Zeniff, which include the stories of King Noah, The Prophet Abanadi, the resulting people of Limhi who are left after Alma1 leaves and forms the church, At the close of the book, they all get back to Zarahemla and are greeted by King Mosiah, who makes Alma head of the church, he becomes very influential in the rest of the book, especially in the book of Alma, which directly follows.
