Randy Astle and Gideon Burton’s monumental history of Mormon cinema covers a hundred years of Mormon involvement in film and offers a unique perspective of LDS history through the lens of the camera. Other articles discuss the good and bad in filmdom: anti-Mormon films, paradoxes in Mormon culture, focusing on the good instead of the negative in film, finding spiritual meaning in film, and the economics of Mormon moviemaking.
