Primary Sources

For the most part, classical and Patristic works are abbreviated in accordance with standard practice, as given in Liddel, Henry George; Scott, Robert; and Jones, Henry Stuart, A Greek English Lexicon (Oxford, 1968), pp. xvi–xxxviii; and Lampe, G. W. H., A Patristic Greek Lexicon (Oxford, 1961–68), pp. xi–xlv. In some instances, especially in the Athanasian corpus, I have used longer abbreviations for the sake of clarity.
